Ready to get started?
You need to:
- Contact your local Rotary club or visit their website and found out about the youth exchange program. Click here to find your local club.
- Find out from the club website or your Rotary club representative when your completed application is due to the club. The district deadline for receiving applications is November 9. (The club’s deadline will be earlier.)
- Your Rotary club representative will read your application and contact you for an interview (usually in October).
- The next step is District-wide interviews on Saturday, December 3, 2011.
- Students who receive a District interview will be notified of the results by December 22.
Complete the application online then print it. No hand-written applications will be accepted. However, there are three sections of the application that will be completed by others.
These forms can be hand-written: Medical History and Examination, Dental Health and Examination and Secondary School Report and Reference.
