Welcome to North Star Youth Exchange in south-central Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We’re so happy you were selected to come to our states, our clubs, our towns and our homes.
North Star Youth Exchange has welcomed high school exchange students since 1968. You’ll be a part of a long history of Rotary Youth Exchange in Rotary Districts 5950-5960, and you’ll bring the world to our doorstep.
As a part of North Star Youth Exchange, you’ll be placed in one of 104 Rotary communities. Some are urban, some are suburban, some are rural. No matter where you’re placed, your Rotary club will help you to have a rich educational and cultural experience.
North Star Youth Exchange hosts events for inbound students throughout the year, including a Halloween Weekend in October, a Christmas weekend in December and an amusement park weekend in June. For an additional cost, we also offer a fantastic bus tour of the East Coast, which includes stops in Chicago, New York City, Washington DC and Florida.
